This machine is pneumatic and is controlled electrónically using the personalized CAD - CAM system.

 The sticking operation is performed by placing the shoe upside down in the space provided on the table, with the sole facing upwards.

 The      machine can be operated

AUTOMATICALLY or MANUALLY.

 On AUTOMATIC, after the operator has placed the shoe in the right position and has removed his hands clear of the work area, the pad is lowered, thus sealing off the press area completely. Pressurized air then fills the two chambers, in sequence and following the set programme. The programme can be modified according to the type of sole used.

 On MANUAL, the shoe is placed in the correct position and, after the operator has removed his hands clear of the work area, the start button is pressed and the machine then work in the same way as when on automatic.

 The machine has an easy-to-use device which gauges the height of the shoe.

 It also offers an efficient safety system made up of a photoelectric barrier, stop button and an internal safety device for opening the doors, all with the aim of avoiding any potential accident which may occur during the machine's correct handling.

 All materials used in its construction comply with EEC regulatións and have been awarded the corresponding certificates of guarantee.
